• To reply to your enquiry and arrange an appointment — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and steps taken at your request before a service.
• To carry out a treatment you have booked — performance of our agreement with you.
• To keep basic business records — our legal obligations.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We use service providers who host this website and store enquiry messages on our behalf. They process your information only on our instructions. We may share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
